Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to book for berry picking?

No booking is required for individuals and small groups (under 10 people). For larger groups, we recommend calling ahead to ensure we can accommodate you comfortably. During peak season weekends (December-January in Victoria, July-August in Queensland), we may implement a booking system which will be announced on our website.

What should I bring for berry picking?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, closed shoes, and sun protection (hat, sunscreen). We provide all picking containers, but you may want to bring a cooler bag if you're traveling a long distance with your berries. Cash and credit cards are accepted at all our locations.

Do you ship berries nationally?

We offer shipping of our premium packaged berries and berry products (jams, wines, dried berries) across Australia. Fresh berries are available for next-day delivery within Victoria/Queensland or express shipping to major cities. Order through our online shop or contact our wholesale department for bulk orders.

Are your farms accessible for disabled visitors?

Yes, we have made both our farms accessible for visitors with mobility challenges. We have designated parking spaces, paved pathways to main facilities, and accessible toilets. Some picking areas have been specifically designed with raised beds for wheelchair access. Please contact us before your visit for any specific requirements.
